All orders are shipped from the Republic of Ireland. For countries outside of the EU, Please be aware that Import & custom charges may apply and are not calculated at checkout.

 

     2. Availability & Delivery times

In stock products will generally ship within 2-3 business days during normal periods. However, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a track and trace link to the email address you have provided when ordering. Please note that orders are not shipped, or delivered on weekends, or bank holidays.

Book order wallpaper styles are not stocked and must be specifically ordered from the manufacturer based on your requirements.

For book orders, shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days. On rare occasions delivery may take longer than 7 days, however we will notify you through email, should there be a delay with delivery.

Clearance Wallpaper - Wallpaper in our clearance section is the last available stock that we carry and may have been discontinued by the manufacturer. We recommend taking measurements of the space you are planning on decorating to ensure that you have enough rolls of wallpaper, as it may not be possible to order more at a later stage. Please check out our FAO section for more information on calculating how many wallpaper rolls you need.

While we use all reasonable methods to ensure our inventory is as accurate as possible, we cannot always guarantee that stock will be available for larger requirements.

 

      3. Product information

All prices shown on Decor Warehouse are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax)

We do our utmost to ensure all information on this website is accurate, including all product images, descriptions, product pricing & availability. However, it is not always possible to ensure all information is 100% accurate.

Images - Wallpaper & Paint colour images on our website are a digital representation and may appear slightly different on a computer screen due to screen resolution, brightness, or screen settings. We highly recommend considering ordering a sample where possible. Alternatively, if you have more questions regarding product images, please reach out to info@decorwarehouse.ie and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

Pricing - Occasionally, pricing errors may occur. If a product which you have ordered has been priced in error, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option of proceeding at the corrected price, or cancelling your order for a full refund. Decor warehouse is not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price and we retain the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

 

  1. Online orders / In-store pick ups

At checkout you will be able to choose between shipping to your address, or collecting in-store. Please note that in-store pick up is currently the only option available for paint products.

*Important - For store pick up orders, we will notify you by email when your order is ready to collect. We advise that you wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready, before travelling to the store, as your order may not be available to collect. Please make sure to have your order number ready when collecting your order.

 

  1. Damaged or faulty products

In the unlikely event that an order has been received damaged, or is faulty, please contact us at  Returns@decorwarehouse.ie  We ask that you include your order number and attach any pictures of the damaged consignment and its contents when emailing us. Our customer care team will make sure to reach out to you as soon as possible.

If you are returning a faulty item, or items, we can in most cases offer to replace the item(s) for you, provided that the item(s) are still in stock and available in the quantities required. At times certain products may be discontinued by the manufacturer and therefore cannot be replaced. In such cases, if a faulty item cannot be replaced, you be offered refund.

Decor warehouse cannot be held responsible if a product is no longer available, or has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Decor warehouse reserve the right to offer a full refund, including delivery charges as a final solution.

 

  1. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order for the follow reasons:

  • Insufficient stock to complete the order placed.
  • Orders that have been placed for goods which have been incorrectly priced.
  • Our payment provider has flagged a transaction as suspicious, or fraudulent.

You will be notified by email should an order be cancelled and a full refund, including delivery cost will be processed no later than 14 days after an order has been cancelled.

 

  1. Returns / Cancelling an order

Return information can be found under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ dropdown section on every product page.

We can only accept returns for products that are in the same condition as they were sent. All products returned must be unused, unopened, sealed in their original packaging and must be in a fully re-sellable condition. 

To initiate a return request you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email returns@decorwarehouse.ie quoting your order ID, full name and reason for return.

Due to certain bespoke / special order product lines which cannot be returned and products which must be returned in store. We must review and approve orders before they can be returned. We will endeavour to respond to all return requests as quickly as possible.

Orders which have been approved for return, must be returned to us within 28 days from the date which the order was originally delivered to you.

The buyer is responsible for returning orders. All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, except where goods received are either faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend that return orders are suitably repackaged and a trackable insured delivery courier service is used.

  1. Wallpaper Returns

Stocked Wallpaper orders - If you wish to return regular stocked wallpaper which has been purchased from our online store, then we'll be happy to refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery charges) or exchange the product, provided it's in a fully resalable condition.

Wall Mural orders – All of our wall murals are bespoke and ordered to your specifications, therefore we cannot accept returns on any wall murals. This exemption from the 14 day cooling off period, can be found under the Directive on Consumer Rights, Article 16 sub C:

Bespoke Wallpaper Orders - Wallpaper by the Woodchip & Magnolia brand is bespoke wallpaper and is printed based on your specifications. Due to this we cannot accept returns on any wallpaper from Woodchip & Magnolia. 

Wallpaper book orders –  A restocking fee of 20% is charged on all returned wallpaper book orders. Book orders are not stocked and must be specifically ordered through our suppliers.

Wallpaper is produced in batches (similar to tile) Due to dye-lot and colour variations that occur based on when the rolls are produced, therefore, wallpaper produced in a certain batches can only be sold with other wallpaper rolls from the same batch.

*All book order wallpaper styles are marked in the product description as  Book order – Delivery Approx 5-7 Business Days.

We advise that you inspect all rolls of wallpaper prior to hanging them, as a refund cannot be issued once the item has been hung. Decor Warehouse cannot be held responsible for decorators costs, if faulty or damaged items are not inspected prior to hanging.

 

     9. Paint returns

We currently can only provide in-store collection for paint products orders online. Ready-made paint products that have been ordered online for store pick-up cannot be returned online and must be returned in store. Standard return policy applies.

Tinted Paints - We are unable to offer refunds, or exchange any tinted paint products that have been mixed to your individual requirements.  This exemption can be found under the Directive on Consumer Rights, Article 16 Sub C.

 

     10. Refunds

If a return has been approved, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned, excluding delivery costs. and will do so within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. 

All refunds will be processed through the same means of payment which you used for the initial transaction.
